Drafting and Design Work
Please contact David Heath at Annapolis Home Hardware Building Centre for all of your design requirements. We draw with a CAD based program and are capable of producing computer generated plans and renderings.
Architectural Service Charges are as follows
Hourly labor rate for drawings for take offs $45.00/hr
Material take off for any House $100.00 (min charge, no plans or drawings) Reimbursed if materials supplied by AHHBC.
8x10 Preliminary Drawings (includes 1 set of floor plans & 4 elevations) $395.00 (includes up to 4 plan changes)
11x14 Custom designed Plans up to 3000sqft. (includes 5 sets of plans ) $.35/S.F. (includes up to 3 plan changes)
11x14 Custom designed Plans over 3000sqft. (includes 5 sets of plans ) $.55/S.F. (includes up to 4 plan changes)
All other plan changes $45.00/hr (or as quoted)
HVAC & Plumbing
HVAC design and layout $.25/S.F.
Plumbing schematic $.15/S.F.
Engineering Services
All engineering charges will be additional to the drawing charges. You will be advised and approval will be requested prior to starting the project.
